MEET OUR WINTER INTERNS!It may have taken an extra minute to get their faces up on this blog… mostly because commissioning such a complicated portrait* of these mobsters can take a little bit longer than the average iPhone photo.Not to mention, they’re a busy bunch… so they rarely sit still long enough for the artist to really get it down.In all seriousness, this group has so far proven to be one hard-working, fun-loving, awesome group. We started a new monthly “thing” here at Scoutmob HQ: a festive group “thing” that incorporates a handful of all of our favorite past-times—eating, exploring, celebrating local.**
We’re calling it #LocalLunch (and, yes, all titles these days should start with a hashtag) and for our very first one, we head to Hudson North, a pop-up restaurant by the good folks over at Cypress Street.
Rumor on the street was that our friends from Warby Parker were in the area with their big yellow bus showroom, so we decided to stop by and say HEY! And try on some glasses. Since, you know, half of us are decked out in WPs on the daily anyway.
**Contrary to the serious looks on the mugs you see above, the lunch was actually all things delightful and fun.
