  • Intern Season is officially here and the Scoutmob HQ is super excited to welcome four of the best around town (or in the world)… Get to know the Scouterns who inhabit Intern Island and what they brought as their “if you could only bring one item to a deserted island”…
Nikila
Nikila is a student at the University of Pennsylvania and majoring in Economics. Hailing from New Jersey (and no, not from the Jersey Shore), she is the new kid on the block to Atlanta. Similar to a freshman’s first day of class, she can be spotted by her genuinely disoriented expression. In her spare time, you can find her watching funny cat videos on YouTube and being a master chef (well, maybe just watching Food Network).
Item of Choice: Ceramic flip-flop
Marilyn
Marilyn graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Public Relations and is no stranger to diverse jobs. She moved to California to give PR and acting a shot- simultaneously. Despite being the most well-known background actor of her time, Marilyn leads a normal life by doing things such as being her DBF (dog’s best friend) and planning her future celebrity-sized closet on Pinterest.
Item of choice: Picture with Marilyn and her dog in an island-themed frame
Faraz Faraz is a recent graduate of Georgia Tech and is ready to spread his wings and fly onto Intern Island. No stranger to strangers, Faraz is a man of many words and enjoys meeting new people as well as taking quiet time to read Kurt Vonnegut and Chuck Palahniuk on the apple of his eye (or watermelon since that’s his favorite fruit), his Kindle.
Item of choice: A thumb-sized Colombian clay bus with fake fruit on top
RohitRohit is a soon-to-be graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. When he is not pulling all-nighters at the library, Rohit is a big fan of games (real or virtual). As a stress reliever, he likes to spend his mornings on the fresh-cut grass and play a good round of golf, watch the Tampa Bay Rays (he’s a Florida native), and play video games.
Item of choice: A glass paperweight (especially helpful for those island winds)
