Meet Andy Carlyle – the pinnacle of mystery and triumph. Despite being born withoutwebbed feet or the ability to breath underwater – Andy has spent the summer months honing his mediocre amphibious instincts and has managed to become quite the average swimmer. It’s impressive.
When back on dry land, he can grow a hell of a beard. In his spare time he enjoys sketching, regularly applying sunscreen and watching romantic comedies. (He’s sensitive.) In fact, if he could meet any movie star, he’d like to meet 1993-era Meg Ryan.
But what does he do at Scoutmob? Well, he designs things – lots of things. As one of our co-founders, Andy was with Scoutmob at the very inception of the company, and is responsible for bringing our signature design and style to life. We’re not kidding – Andy’s designed our logo, website, app and print matter for instance. Not that he’s bragging.
Andy’s also a music enthusiast. At any given moment he can be found: 1. Listening to music. 2. Drumming or 3. Singing terribly off-key.
His advice for future Mobsters? Always, always follow your dreams –especially if it’s a dream of walking naked into a high school exam (he’s never quite given up on that one).
